  1. Accident Insurance:Salary Sheet, Personal Identification.
  2. Cash and Cash Item Insurance: Total Limit, Cash in Vault, Location.
  3. Liabilities Insurance:
    • Legal Liability: Proposal Form, PAN, KYC
    • Product Liability: Proposal Form, PAN, KYC
    • Contractual Liability: Proposal Form, PAN, KYC

Time taken to issue Insurance policy 3 days at most after acquisition of all the required information and documents to issue Insurance Policy & Receipt of Premium.
Premium to be paid by insured for Renewed or New Insurance policy The total Premium includes Stamp duty and VAT and is shown in policy and invoice.
Renewal Notice The company issues Renewal Notice 4 weeks prior to the expire of Insurance

Time taken to complete claim process Within 35 days after acquisition of Surveyor’s report or other related information and documents (15 days for cattle and crops)
Where to go for Share related jobs All the jobs related to Share Registrar are done at the company’s head office. (SICL had appointed NIBL Capital as Share Registrar and therefore all the jobs related to Share Registrar are done at NIBL Capital office, Lazimpat.)


Quarterly Account Report As supervised by Beema Samiti and Nepal Security Board, Quarterly Account Report is published on National Daily Magazine, tri-monthly( within 30 days ).
