Group Medical Insurance

Group Medical Insurance provides reimbursement of the medical expenses of the insured persons arising out of accidental injury and illness, whether the treatment is taken at home or in hospital.
Only allopathic treatment by an allopathic doctor is covered under this policy. Ayurvedic and Homeopathic treatments are allowed only in the case of Jaundice.
The treatment is allowed within Nepal only. However, treatment in SAARC countries is covered, for which recommendation from the treating doctor is required that the same treatment is not available in Nepal. Also, treatment in nearby Indian cities is allowed in case the hospital or other medical facilities are nearer than in Nepal.
