Is to provide an access on our web services. If you wish to use our online services, then you will need to login to your viber or facebook messenger application and scan viber QR code or look for Shikhar Insurance Chatbot in facebook messenger. We get your information from:

  • Information you give us: While using chatbot, you need to provide your basic information like your name, mobile number, email address. If you want to take full advantage of our services we provide, you might also update your other information including photograph, organization your work, designation and date of birth, family relations, etc.
  • Information we get from your use of our services: We only collect basic information about your activities on our application like device information, login information, location information, cookies and similar technologies. All your personal information will be collected only after signed in to our application.

Honestly, your provided information won't be visible to other users in mobile app or event in web application.
If your provided information is wrong, you can modify your information from your account setting and profile management. We will reject unnecessary repetitive request from any users.
