Mr. Dip Prakash Panday has three decades of experience in the insurance field and is now working in Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd. (SICL) as the CEO.
Before joining Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd., he served as the General Manager at Everest Insurance for around ten years. His professional ability and prudence along with his strong belief in teamwork have helped him acquire experience in the local as well as the international market. He gives lectures on insurance in various seminars organized by Beema Samiti and in other programs as well from time to time.

Mr. Bimal Raj Nepal
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bimal Raj Nepal started his career in insurance in June 1970 from Rastriya Beema Sansthan and worked until 1995. Further, he continued his career in Premier Insurance Co. (Nepal) Ltd. from 1995 and has been with Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd. since August 2011.
Nepal's core area of expertise is in Reinsurance and Claims. In pursuance of his knowledge, he had the opportunity to be trained in the college of Insurance in India, UK and Swiss Insurance Training Centre, Zurich (Switzerland) and had practical working attachments with the various well-known companies/Reinsurers and Brokers in India and the UK.

Ms. Sabita Maskay
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Sabita Maskey has a long experience in the insurance sector, being in Beema Sansthan for more than 20 years. Since being exposed to the insurance sector for such a long period, she has in-depth knowledge regarding the General Practice of Insurance. She is the first ACII Chartered Insurer Lady of Nepal.
During her career, she handled many departments in Beema Sansthan like Motor Vehicle Insurance for 5 years, Fire Insurance for 12 years and Administration for 4-5 years. She conducted training classes on insurance organized by Beema Samiti, Management Association of Nepal (MAN), Staff College and she was also a member of the subcommittee for the Fire Tariff.

Mr. Udit Prasad Kafle

Mr. Udit Prasad Kafle has been in the insurance field for 18 years and is the pioneer in establishing Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd. He worked for more than 8 years at Everest Insurance Company Ltd. before joining Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd.
Mr. Udit Prasad Kafle has acquired a sound knowledge of various departments like Underwriting, Reinsurance, and claims and Research. His core strength lies in Underwriting so he assists the marketing team in dealing with clients related to the technical aspects of insurance.

Mr. Prajwol Acharya

Mr. Prajwol Acharya has been supporting the growth of Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd for many years. He has handled Eastern Nepal's business and management with ease.
Currently, he handles the company from the Biratnagar branch.

Mr. Suraj Rajbahak
Deputy General Manager / Company Secretary
Mr. Suraj Rajbahak is a Chartered Accountant qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). He has obtained the First Merit Rank in the CA examinations of ICAN.
Besides the role of Company Secretary, he is heading the Finance Department and Internal Control Department of the company.

Ms. Prarthana Shahi has over 27 years of experience in operations management and business development across diverse sectors such as insurance, retail, finance, and hospitality. Ms. Shahi has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from City University, Washington, USA. Previously, Ms. Shahi held managerial positions at various organizations, including Moneygram International, Neighborhood Market Association, and Taj Group of Hotels, India. She obtained certificates from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, in recognition of her distinction in both work and academics. Her commitment extends to volunteerism, underscoring her dedication to community service. Her varied skill set and extensive experience make her a key contributor to Shikhar Insurance's continued success.

Mr. Prakash Thapa, Assistant General Manager at Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd., has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined Shikhar Insurance as Senior Manager in May 2014. He has a Master's Degree in Sociology. Previously, he served as Senior Manager at Neco Insurance. Mr. Thapa has extensive expertise in Loss Assessment & Role of Surveyors Training, Claims Management, and Insurance Supervision. Mr. Thapa's dedication and experience have greatly benefited Shikhar Insurance, ensuring continued success in the industry.
